The white peacock Endler originates from the northern part of South America. Like most endlers they hardly eat their fry and are a great species to keep. The White Peacock is such a wild type endler. The ancestors of the fish in the currently seen in the trade were collected by Armado Pou in 2004 from the Laguna de los Patos North Lake.
