Malaysian Trumpet Snails make a great addition to any aquarium, even a planted one! They are a livebearing snail species. These small snails will burrow to help prevent the buildup of toxic gas bubbles in your aquarium's substrate. They will eat  food your fish leave behind and help to keep all surfaces, including live plants, free of algae. They do not eat live plants unless starving.
